At Pro Tan®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your competition tan and skincare purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
